I had a very upsetting experience with this salon. I gave a stylist her name is Melissa; an opportunity to make good on a perm I was given by her. Let me elaborate. New to this salon it was recommended that I try it. So I did. I wanted a perm and color. I decided to do the perm first and told her I wanted it curly...I have long hair. The first perm was not curly......I thought ok.....well maybe I didn't clarify myself even though I did tell the stylist that it wasn't as curly as I would have liked it to be; it was ok..not the best....we talked about it and I was a new customer and she didn't want to lose my business so she didn't want to go...as she put it too crazy.....Well I shelled out another $75.00 this past Saturday 8/17/2013 and my hair is not curly.......and it parts of it the perm didn't take......I call the Studio to speak to the owner and she doesn't return my call-but I did receive a call from the stylist with an attitude. No I would not recommend this Salon.......No I would not recommend Melissa doing anyone's hair. The salon is unprofessional and does shady business!
