Snaz and Marcus are the best, they are always super friendly and more than willing to help. But since Todd (the new "manager") started working here, I refuse to go in. We were going to buy a dollhouse for my daughter that was priced at $6.95. Before we were even in the checkout, Todd approached me and told me that he personally priced the dollhouse at $15.95 six days ago and that he will not sell it for "no $6.95." I told him that I felt like it was unfair for me to be paying more because someone else tried to change the price. He continued to argue with me and brag about himself, "when I came here the sales were down but now they've increased, I can show you." Frankly, I could care less about the sales, that is none of my business. Another lady approached him and asked him if the sales were down, why would he drive away a paying customer for someone else's mistake. In the end, we walked out empty handed. My daughter was dissapointed, but I am not spending my money ($15.95 on a dollhouse, AT A THRIFT STORE) where the "manager" is too stuck on himself and all of the "improvements" he thinks he has made. In reality the store was much better without him. It sucks because all of the other employees are awesome! Hopefully "manager" Todd goes somewhere else...
