PELLA — Republican candidate Ken Rozenboom has been elected to serve Iowa Senate District 19, according to unofficial results reported by the Iowa Secretary of State.Voters in Senate District 19 favored Rozenboom with 68.58% of the vote for a total of 18,115 votes. His opponent, Democratic candidate Tyler Stewart, received 31.35% of the vote for a total of 8,282 votes, according to the secretary of state. Rozenboom earned 1,358 votes in Mahaska County and 7,490 in Marion County, with Stewart receiving 209 votes in Mahaska County and 2,587 votes in Marion County, according to reports from each county auditor's office.
